Signed-in users can save a destination name and address, a preferred curb, and entrance or pickup notes. One-off accessibility details, your current location, and route availability are not saved with the destination.

What happens when browser location access is used?

Accepted Answer

Curbnook can optionally ask your browser for permission to capture your current location as the plan origin. If access is denied, unavailable, timed out, or unsupported by the browser, manual planning remains available and you can continue without a captured origin.

The preview uses local route and map fixtures where they are available. It shows a preferred approach rather than turn-by-turn navigation, and it can fall back when curb-side approach data or local geometry is missing. One-way streets, medians, and legal-turn restrictions can change the final approach, so verify the route and arrival conditions before you go.

How can I report incorrect or unsafe arrival guidance?

After a plan, use the existing feedback form to report a problem. The available choices are “Curb placement was incorrect,” “Access was blocked,” and “Arrival instructions felt unsafe.” Add any useful details there so the plan can be reviewed; there is no separate contact or support workflow to start.
